FAQ
FILTER DRIER BLOCK UP ANALYSIS How to judge the filter drier is blocked or differential pressure is too big? It is normal when it has resistance ,but it is abnormal when it has not differential pressure blow from the inlet,if do not have resistance, then it means the factory has cheating on material if blow can not the past from the inlet to outlet tube,it means the filter drier is blocked. if the surface of filter drier have frosting or globule, then it means the filter drier is blocked. If the filter drier is blocked, analyze the system:
)if the system is buty , then you have to replace the filter drier ) solenoid valve has been installed in the opposite direction )solenoid valve has been blocked if the refrigerant and refrigerant oil is not matching, then it will has foam and floccule which will block the filter drier. you can observe the refrigerant oil have foam or not through the sight glass of the compressor. when you use fake refrigerant oil or refrigerant,it will lead to this problem.
)the molecular sieve have organic molecular sieve and inorganic molecular sieve ,normally we use organic molecular sieve, this is better than inorganic molecular sieve on the performance but when the system temperature under -50 ℃,it is better to use inorganic molecular sieve,or ir will be ice blockage generally speaking ,if the system is no problem, the flow rate will not lead to ice blockage
